2ND complaint (ABSA claim No 2319996 2220018)

I guess the Group Executives Office does not care much about its clients. Logged a complaint on Hellopeter on 29 Jan 2013. Received a call the evening, was driving so I couldnt talk and then the following day received a call. A promise was made:' We will send a Structural Engineer out early tomorrow'. I took off work and waiting the entire day. I guess the engineer was stuck in some structure. None the less, no calls after or a courtesy E Mail or even an SMS with some sort of feedback. KEEP AWAY FROM ABSA.
I WILL KEEP POSTING UNTIL MY PROBLEM IS SOLVED.
