Cancellation of Cession on Liberty Life policy

I went to Standard bank Westgate and spoke to a consultant there, and told her we want to surrender our policy and need a cancelled letter from Standard bank, she gave me then a phone and said I must phone them myself. While holding for 21 minutes I eventually got through and was put through to several departments. Eventually someone gave me and e-mail address, [Email Removed] where I can sent my request though, as well as a signed letter by both myself and my husband as the policy is in both our names.
Liberty Life is waiting for this cancellation letter to go trough with the surrender and I just get no response at all from Standard bank. Our details are as follows

I don't know if the problem is with home loan department or the cession department.
Can someone please help us??? If somebody could phone me or my husband it will be great and we will appreciate it a lot.
