Absolutely frustrated!!!

Hi,

I have had an account settled in July 2010, and since then i have had endless problems trying to get communication through to any of the call centre agents or supervisors. I have been turned down on a bond application because of AFRICAN'S BANK incompency. They have listed me as a default on the ITC. I have tried calling numerous times to resolve this matter but at no joy... as all they can say they say is this matter will be investigated and that will be last i will ever hear from them. I was promised an urgent response from Loreen, from the consumer advocate dept. before the end of business day the 06 February 2013... to date still ne response?

My next approach will be through the National comsumer protection act.
