I am Tshadinyana Irene Modise, ID 6304130665086. I requested to be refunded as I made an incorrect payment. I paid R4000 instead of R400. My account is up to date and I am even paying extra. My installment is R210, but I have been paying R400.

I was asked to send my proof of payment, which I did on the 16th. Today, I am following up on the progress and I am told to send my proof of payment again, which I have already done twice.

How can I be taken from pillar to post with my money when I am a loyal customer? I need that money to pay for my child's school fees.

Can this matter be given urgent attention before it escalates?
