Third party insurer rejecting.claim

Good day,

The complaint is against a third-party insurer. On 29 July, my car was involved in an accident with a Checkers Sixty60 motorcycle.

At the time, my wife was the driver of the vehicle. As she was driving, the motorcycle was, according to her, very close to the back of her vehicle. As she indicated with the indicator to turn right, the motorcycle driver decided to pass where she was turning right and collided with my car mirror, causing damage.

I received a claim number and was requested to send the insurer, Outsurance, the documentation. Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes later, I got a phone call from their legal team saying that their client claimed that as he passed my wife, she turned into him on the turn-off street. Based on that, they rejected my claim, which is not the case. I feel that it is very unfair to base their decision solely on their client's statement.

I urgently need advice or assistance, please.
