I phone Home Choice to find out how to go about my broken kettle I bought from them that was still under guarantee this was the 7052013 spoke to lady who gave me another number to phone who deal with the above phoned her then she asked me to please fax her the invoice which I did not have she indicated to me I can phone home choice and get it from them and then fax it to her. Phoned Home Choice again asking them to please e-mail me a copy of the invoice this all on the 7th not explain to me that this will take 48 hours waiting the whole day for the e-mail phoned them again spoke to one very sarcastic man indicating me that this proses will take 48 hour so I wait the 48 hours today the 10.05.2013 still no invoice and kettle still broken not wanting to go bay a new one for the kettle bought at Home Choice is still under guarantee phone them again speak to yet another person indicating to her that I still haven't received a copy on the invoice, then I said I feel that as for them not responding within the 48 hours I feel that Home Choice need to sort out this whole mess and that I need a new kettle at my home tonight as my Girls is turning 4 on Saturday the 11 May and I am having
