I am cancelling 24hr mobility insurance

I have submitted my claim form to 24hr mobility on the 13th of January 2013, i have had feedback to say that my claim has been received and I should get feedback within 24 hours. I have had no feedback the next day until I eventually send them an email to follow up! My email was then forwarded to someone else to request a call back! On the 15th of January I still had no feedback, from my side I contacted them once more to follow up - consultant told me that the claim is pending. Friday the 17th I received a call saying I can go to my closest MTN store to collect my replacement phone, as per surprise I got to the store only to find out 24hr has not sent the store any prove or documentation. I phoned them again on Saturday to confirm collection of the phone yet again the answer was yes! I went back to MTN still no forms was sent through nor did they check if stock was available! On Monday the 20th of January i sent another email requesting the papers to be sent through to myself and MTN, received a call moments later to say that MTN does not have stock of the phone, the lady took my info saying i can make a payment to them she will then arrange delivery to my workplace! still waitin
