Account settlement

Hi,
i took 2 loans from African bank, and these loans were filed by me to administration, so Booysen administrators handled these accounts till I settled them in November 2010 and the certificate in section 74u was sent to african bank and african bank did not dispute this process, after a while african claimed that my accounts were not settled, according to admin process they shouldn't be communicating with me but the administrators however i contacted Booysen regarding this and booysen sent them a ltter stating that all of their accounts weren settled again there was no response disputing Booysen's accounts from African bank even today they (African bank) still harrasing me for that amount and it reflects on my credit report as arrears
