Sick and tired of phoning and still they can't sort out the problem

Last month they deducted R180 for my policy which is R100 per month I phoned them for a refund and ask them to confirm that I phoned with an email. So a week later I phoned again and was told that there was a computer error () and it will be sorted. Now today again R 180 was deducted from my account. Must I take legal action again like I did last time when my attorney threatened your supervisor or are you gonna phone me cause I'm sick and tired of speaking to people that doesn't know what they are doing train your staff I wanted to upgrade my policy but
after this I do have my doubts if I don't get a reply to my email by 9 am on thursday the 16th of May I will contact my attorney and they will handle the matter further and Oneplan you will be liable for this account.
