Latency, Avoidance and Failure to capture claim since 3 months

Member from the motor industry, Powerflow resigned at the age of 65 and submitted all documents requested from him and this was successfully sent from his company to MIBCO on 06 October 2021 and the claim was supposed to have been captured by 12 October 2021 however, the persons to whom the email and documents were sent to (Phumi) did not capture in time. MIBCO failed to keep the client informed and AFTER 3 MONTHS OF DOING A FOLLOW UP THEN WE ARE TOLD THAT THE EMAIL HAS BEEN MISSED. tHE CLIENT HAS BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH TO MIBCO AND WAS TOLD ALL IS IN ORDER ONLY TO FIND THAT NO WAS INTERESTED.
MIBCO FAILS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE LATENCY AND AVOIDANCE OF PEOPLE NOT COMPLETING THEIR JOBS ACCORDINGLY AND THEY FAIL TO GIVE IMPORTANCE AND AN ANSWER AS TO WEATHER THIS WILL BE BACK TRACKED FROM OCTOBER.
THE AVOIDANCE ON EMAIL TO THE QUESTION SHOWS THAT NO ONE IS INTERESTED AND THAT THEY ARE TREATING THIS AS A NORMAL CLAIM.
I HAVE ALSO EMAILED THE SUPERIOR OF MIBCO (SPHELELE) AND I DO NOT GET ANY RESPONSE FOR THE NEGLEGENCE OF THE INDIVIDUALS WHO WORK UNDER HIM..
THIS IS DISSPOINTING ESPECIALLY THATTHE MEMBER IS 65 YEARS OLD
