I did a claim on a leaking geyser, the plumber came and they said the geyser was still under warranty as such it was replaced, but they didnt do geyser electric wiring and overflow pipe connection, i called several times and they said they will send electrician but they neva did, i kept on calling until they said i must get my own electrician and they will pay him.the electrician did the job and i send invoice but as im speaking they still havent paid they dont update me or reply to my emails and when i call i hold long time i end my putting the fone down.
