Nedbank, we have been a home loan customer with you for 12 years, we have never missed a payment. We requested that an available re-advance amount of R75k be paid over to us. Our home loan is for R345k, on a home valued at R1.2mil. After 4 trips back & forth with 3 of your consultants (each time bring the required documents & info & each time you changing what was required) & having my wife in tears on 2 occasions. Both my wife & I have good credit scores of over 650 .We have eventually given up & made another plan. We got the distinct impression for you consultants disgusting arrogant attitude that you are doing your clients a HUGE favour by lending your clients available funds! We are very aware of the huge interest that you charge over 20 years. You are a disgusting bank, South Africa stay away from Nedbank, they will only lend you cash if you fall into Nedbanks our self enriching agenda's!
