Feedback given but still no payment after 4 months

As per Mike's response, this will be sorted out with the next payment run, yet no one has informed me that this claim has been paid.

I have received final demands from the pathologist due to no payment and my hands are tied because i cant do anything... theres no point calling them they say they will get back to you but never does.
