Shocking Bad Service - Dial Direct Insurance!

My geyser burst Tuesday evening the 4th Feb 2014 and I logged an emergency call the next morning the 5th Feb 2014. I was issued with the case number: 2CX2BP-01 and was advised a technician would be around at 11AM which did happen. They took 10 minutes assessing the damage then said there was a pipe leak and failed to see a crack in the geyser where they had to be told to have another look! I was further advised technician Andrew Chiwaya would be on site at 7PM! They wanted to replace a geyser which they said would take a number of hours in the evening at 7PM! They rescheduled for 11AM on the 6 Feb 2014 then failed to show up! Family and I have been without hot water for 2 days now going onto 3 days! I called 24FIX to complain and they put the phone down on me! I called again and was advised they would send another plumber and start the whole process again with the assessment and allocation of a new plumber where the one who did not show up is not working on the 7th Feb 2014. Now have to start all over again! Dial Direct don't follow up on their work and provide shocking service to their clients! I'm taking my insurance somewhere else! 3 days without hot water! Worst service ever!!
