2 weeks with no answer on a geyser replacement

My geyser bust on 27 May 2013. On the same day AA Insurance dispatched 24Fix to my residence. The plumber confirmed that the geyser was burst. I enquired if it would be possible to replace with solar (with me paying in the difference).

Since then I have called the AA Insurance general line 0860111298 on many times just to be placed on hold until the line eventually cuts off. I have tried to correspond by e-mail, only receiving electronic responses. I was given the direct number of a "personal" consultant Petro, het number only rings and if I get hold of a colleague I get placed on hold.

It has been 2 weeks now, in the middle of winter, and I cannot get an answer on the replacement of my geyser. All I want from AA Insurance is confirmation on when my geyser will be replaced or if it is possible to replace with a solar geyser instead.
