I took my car in to have it assessed the first week of Dec at the Randburg drive in cenmtre and i got no feedback via email as per normal.

Eventually in Jan I called Portia who i was told i must deal with on 011 489 3058. as per usual she wasnt there and i spoke to a guy who said my claim was handed over to Dents on the move and he refused to give me the number he said they would contact me. Well guess what they didnt. I called back still no Portia and i spoke to Matsio who made me hold while he called them. He said they would phone me in 10 min. If i hadnt followed though they would never have called. Now i get told that i must take my car in to them when initially i was told they come out to you. And to top it off they want to take 5 days to sort out a few hail dents that doesnt require paint work. I was never asked what area suited me as they are called "Dents on themove" as they come to you. Apparently not i must go to them and be without a car for 5 days. This is not acceptable. to start with i must run around after you and the people you choose to do business with and i am NEVER considered.
