REQUESTS NOT LISTENED TO

Hi

I have received numerous telephone calls from the call centre of Pienaar Sithole & Associates, numerous times informing them that I do not want calls to remind me to make payment, as I make payment each month timeously (before 26th of the month).

Since this request, I now receive phone calls, but nobody speaks, they just hang up, in order for the calls to still register on their system so that they can bill for them. I have received 2 calls on 25/1/2014, 1 on 27/1/2014 and another one today, on 6/2/2014.

There is no use phone them, because on 27/1/2014 I spoke to a Babalwa, who promised to check into the matter and to phone me back .. I am still waiting.

I have also made numerous requests for updated statements, but to date have not received ONE statement.

I will appreciate it if the phone calls will STOP and if I can get an updated statement to my email address at [Email Removed]
