Club Motors Randburg Approved Repair Centre
LACK OF QUALITY CHECKS

3rd January I took my car hail damage repairs at the Club Motors repair center in Strjdompark, and was told it would b ready in 3 weeks time from then. A week and a half later I received a call from them telling me that the car is ready and that I can come collect it. I organised with the rental company that had given me a courtesy car to come collect it the following day when I go fetch mine. When I arrived at club motors I was asked to inspect the car and sign a letter of satisaction before I pay, inly to find out that there were dents that were still not fixed and the paint had peeled off the door on the passenger side. I was then asked to leave it and that they will call me the following day when they are done with fixing it.the following day i did not receive a call.and Monday the following week i called to find out how far are they and was told that my car was ready the previous week already and when I asked why wasnt I informed I was told that they assumed I was gonna come the following day after the day I went. I went there that Monday and again my car had dents that were not fixed I had to wait whilst they fix it and the manager did not do much to apologise. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
