Waiting since 2012 Services paid

I purchased their services File "Labour law Managers". I paid for two months then paid in full and more on their discounted prices. I confirmed it with one off the consultants and paid in the difference of R966 of which I was sent a letter of demand for in 2013. I am still waiting for the balance of 10 issues of which I only received 4. When I spoke to Maryanne she was rude and said I must pay for the other issues. Even after I spoke to a consultant in 2013 and emailed him with prooof of payment of which I havve paid R242 twice and R966 which is more than the R1200 for the 10 issues.

Frustrated and apalled and I again had to prove payment before they corrected my account.
