I have paid 6 full postage prices and the balance for 13 items. I expect the 6 parcels sent separately.
I even called BOB and spoke to Ati. I requested he sort such out. I paid for 6 full postage prices including insurance I have every single I purchased 13 items. I have the right to expect to receive the services I have paid for separately in the mail. I gave honeycomb57 an opportunity to give me a discount in order to send only one parcel!
This is not tolerable. Do not from me! I paid six full post ages, you should have sent me 6 diff. Parcels. I wrote to BOB for assistance twice: Ticket ID: WJO-617-76846, Ticket ID: CIA-860-47828 and nothing was done! R408.68 POSTAGE IS DEFINITELY NOT PAID FOR ONLY ONE PARCEL SENT TO THE SAPO. BUT FOR 6 (SIX) DIFFERENT PARCELS.
I do not take kindly to threats! This is abuse!!!
I received one tracking number tonight. This has been going on since the 11.11.2013. I have still not received a reply from BOB and Honetcomb57 never offered me a refund! They are blatantly lying! they must prove such. Where are our consumer rights?
BOB must prove they look after buyers and not just sellers!
