On 11 Dec 2013 we submitted a claim for a burglary. We had to phone back on various occasions with promises that someone will phone back and nothing happened about a week ago or so someone eventually phoned and today 5 Feb 2014 the claim is only finalised and then there is 2 excess amount of R 850.00 each to be paid on is a basic excess and then the other one for.
I must say this is the worst services I received in a long time although I have been a customer of them for a long time.
I did not have any issue with my previous claim and but after this I am sure not going to be doing business with them again.
