No internet banking connection

I want to use the internet banking option to transfer money from one account to another. the moment I click on payments the screen start loading and take for ever. then it reset and I have to login again with the same result. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? I do not want to go to the bank to transfer money. this problem is going on for more than 2 weeks already
