December my card cheque card was swallod by FNB auto machine in Cape town and i reported the card immediatly to standardbank for blocking and they even ordered me a new card. As I was going home for december I used Botshabelo brach adress for card delivery. When i was at Botshabelo i relise that R4000 were deducted from my account with the same card and I immediatly notify the bank. dept has send the forms to be completed for investigation till today Im still waiting for the outcome and refund. Can someone help me please because when i call no one answering my calls on this number 011 2274905 i listen to music for 10 minutes and loose airtime.
