My Way insurance is the worst insurance POOR SERV

I hade an accident on the 8th jan..i called more than 10 times to follow up yet no response or feedback for that matter. i send everything they requested photos. still waiting for an assesor to come my car.. my patience is running very low . i'm thinking of cancelling this car insurance... please assist its been 30 days since the accident
