Hi There,

I need to know how the delivery of the smart devices work? I have recieved a SMS on Monday 03/02/2014 that my order has been confirmed and that the courier company would contact me to arrange delivery. Up to now I have recieved no response from the courier company and there is no phone number I could phone to follow up on this. I would have thought that they would at least let me know when to expect delivery. I have taken a while to decide to do this or not. Now that I have decided and ordered I obviously am excited about the delivery of my new toy, but it seems no one cares about my excitement, I am not even allowed to find out what is going on. Is there a place where I can go and pick it up myself?
