Most of the staff members in Absa do not know what they are doing cause they always have new staff. My card had a problem and i went to Absa in Midrand and spoke to Lihle Mbangeni at the csc. She told me they require a FICA document, went to my car and gave it to her. She asked me to check again on the ATM and did not work, went back to her for the 3rd time, she put my card in the machine and asked me to try again and still it did not work. I then went to ask for the branch manager who was also not available. Spoke to the Ops manager Lauretta who told me that according to their systems i have withdrew R2000 and i showed her the decline slip, she called the card division n spoke to Benitta, very rude lady who also did not understand wht she was doing. She refused to assist, i have spend at least 1h and 30min in Absa but still i am not assisted because no one knows anything. I was told that a debit/stop order was not loaded which is not my problem if their consultant did not do her job properly they must see how they will debit my account without me submitting my bank details and put me on ITC then die poppe gaan dans...
