Hail Damage Repairs turns into a nightmare!

My vehicle was dropped off at Renew It in Randburg on 30 January in the morning for hail damage repairs through SANTAM Insurance. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle besides the hail damage. Today we get a phone call to say that the vehicle needs to be collected and repaired before they can complete the job. We are informed that gearbox mounting is broken, which has now resulted in the engine moving out offline, resulting in the drive shaft pulling out of the motor, resulting in the wheel bearings and cv joint popping out??? They have had the car for 8 days? I then called them back to be told that the car was not even there but at another company down the road? What the did they do to my car during the 8 days? SANTAM have promised me twice to call me back today - nothing, not even an acknowledgment of my mail which I was asked to send. When I tried to call Renew It again they don't answer their phones. I left the phone on speaker for 8 minutes - nobody answered the phone? Someone is going to get this fixed and I want an explanation as to what happen? This is unacceptable?
