I have applied to switch my bank account last year some time and to date I have still not received my card.
I was contacted by the Call Centre a few months after and I did realise that they took down my details incorrectly after correcting I still did not receive my card.
So I called a few days ago to make the switch again and my details were still incorrect.
Now because of their failure to take down my details correctly I cannot get a contract through FNB even though I am now a FNB customer, because I have not been a customer for more than 6 months.
It is of no fault of mine so I would really appreciate it if they can give me some kind of reassurance!
