Screaming at customers! Not acceptable! Bad servic

My business banks with ABSA. We get our change from them by two people checking the money we want change for twice and filling in the required slip. Our money is returned to us in the requested denominations with the stamped slip enclosed in the bag. On Friday there was no slip in the bag and R200 was missing. We phoned the bank who said they will get back to us after cashing up. They phoned and said their registers balanced so it was our problem. I said its impossible because the money gets counted twice by two people. They insisted it was our problem. Today there was again R50 short. The cashier, Henrietta Mokwena phoned one of my staff members and screamed at her! Asking her who she thought she was and that she should shape up and do her work correctly. That our stuff is always wrong. This is unacceptable! Who does Henrietta Mokwena think SHE is? We are CUSTOMERS! The staff member repeatedly had to ask her to calm down. The manager Ismail was apparently unaware of the screaming but Insists he checked everything and it balances. Refuses to have us look at the security footage without a police supoena. I've been with ABSA bank for years but seriously think it is time to move
