Bad service from The Pool Team

They removed out pool pump for repair on the 20th December, telling us it would be returned as soon as repaired. We heard nothing from them whilst we were away and phoned them on the 10th January to find out what was happening - Henrietta said they would return the pump on Monday 14th January. Monday came and went, Tuesday afternoon we phoned them, spoke to a Riaan, who said pump was still with people repairing it and would be returned on Thursday - I asked for Henrietta to call back (She was busy) - no call. I phoned back and asked if the pump could be returned first thing Thursday morning as there would be someone home. I then phoned Thursday morning to confirm, Riaan said Henrietta would phone back, still no phone call. I phoned again and eventually spoke to Henrietta who said it would be returned only in the afternoon, not as requested the morning. Her attitude was disrespectful and she didn't once apologise for not returning my calls or the poor service. The service I received and the attitude of Henreitta means I will never take my business there again!
