FNB you must PLEASE train your call centre agent staff members to HAVE MANNERS and have telephone etiquette!!!

We all have problems and this Shander Myaris, or whatever her name is, was rude to me and she screamed at me for not understanding the whole banking process!!!

I made the call on 06 February 2013 at 13:35. I am not sure whether she just came from lunch and thought that she owns the whole world or what, but she was rude and impatient with me! And these are people from the credit card facilities!

THIS IS BULL AND UNACCEPTABLE from a bank I have been banking with for the past 8 years!
