I had to do an urgent payment with my credit card via Telephone banking. I phoned in Customer Service and all the agents failed to assist me as they were saying I have to go to the bank to activate my online banking/telephone banking. however, I still dont understand why should i go to FNB branches while am trying to avoid queuing at the bank by using technology/online banking.
I found the service contradicting with their advertisement and I am definitely going to cancel this credit card.
