Standard bank wont help retrenched people

Hi there i have had the credit cards from standard bank for 5 years when i had my own business, then i starting working 3 years ago for a construction company and fell pregnant and got retrenched last year January 2012 and i was told i had no insurance and my husband helps me pay all my accounts and i have being paying R 500 because i was getting unemployment but it stopped in march this year and i could only afford R 200 a month but i would pay more, but since that time i get phone calls demanding money and the card division line manager Cleodine and she said i must e- mail my retrenchement letter with id and affidavit which i sent on 9 may and then i received no feedback but only phone calls everyday demanding i pay and i tell all the agents i can only afford R200 which CPA states pay what you can and then i receive another phone call this morning 14 may from a very rude agent Denver who called from number 011 9816000 and was so rude and not understanding and i have to explain myself all the time to different agents, dont they make notes for a large banking institution i think its pathetic, and i have a credit card from nedbank and they are the most understanding bank ever an
