Ineffecient Insurance company

Bensure... is refusing to settle my claim of 2012 even though my claim clearly falls under their policy provisions. They did not respond to my requests, took months to make a decision (to refuse my claim). You always have to resend documents to them as you deal with a new person each time you call. I have had it with them!
