Mrs. Louis is the lady that works for this company that is handling my doctor's account. I had made an arrangement to make a payment in January and did not make the payment with good reason so she had to make a follow-up call to me. If this company pays this lady to scream at people and tell them that they are not decent then I feel very sorry for whoever employs her. She is downright rude and unprofessional and I have no interest in explaining myself or having any more telephonic discussions with her ever again.
