STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Wow! I've never been so disgusted in my life, so yes I have bad debt and all I'm trying to do is make an arrangement. However the lady I'm dealing with clearly needs another job? Is her company not worried about how she makes them look, this woman after I called her to make a payment arrangement, shouted and screamed abuse and profanities at me after I politely asked her to calm down so that we can talk, That was clearly my biggest mistake, after swearing and shouting at me she throws the phone down, I call back and ask for the Manager who advised that I can only deal with her as she was assigned my case. I tell him that she is very unprofessional and would prefer someone else but did understand that I have to deal with her. She comes back to the phone and tells me now I will just have to deal with the consequences and promptly throws phone down again??? I call back twice to have the same thing happen and on my third try someone takes the phone off the hook and I can hear the whole conversation in the background where Ms Rita Mostert proceeds to scream, shout and swear that I will find out who she is because she is going to make me so sorry! All I can say is... WOW
