Hi there

i have made an agreement with a consultant at Capital Debt recovery to make a payment of R150 each month but this month my finances was not so good, so I only made a payment of R100 by which i have let the consultant know that the R100 will be paid. I have received a letter saying that I failed to make a payment. I need to know that if i have failed to pay then the R100 that was paid means nothing, so if i have it correct i could have just not paid the R100 and get the letter and not feel so bad for only make a payment of R100 and arranging with the consultant of the debt collecting company. I need to know what to do cause i have been paying my debt and in my mind am abiding by the Law to make a payment even if its not what they want but also arranging with their consultant if i'm not able to pay the amount of R150.
