Cancellation

I have contract save with your bank and would like to cancel it, called the customer care and was advised i need to go to a branch, Well i dont have time to go in, this was done over the phone but i need to go to a branch for cancellation and still give a valid reason for cancellation for my own money. And i did not recieve and written communication for this.
