So, I still have no proof of payments, & still havent received feedback regarding the outstanding accounts concerning dr Venter, Dr Du Toit, Du Bussion, Lancet, or the specialist visit that wasnt used which I insist Dr Daya's visit of the 18 of Sept be paid under, it's my right & I paid for a service that is not being delivered. My comment was even deleted on EMs' facebook page, I will not stop rattling this cage until its sorted, my next step will be going to Rapport business to make this public via newspaper, & for all of the non-disclosures in your underwriting to the FIAS Ombud, it doesnt take a month for an account to be sorted yet alone over 6 months, And if its said something was paid, I want proof in black & white. Still havent received any answers concerning my sick, elderly parents accounts or meds which EM doesnt want to pay, sick sick sick & tired of this poor services. I WANT FEEDBACK & PROOF OF PAYMENTS by end of the week on everything, including my parents accounts ps: the Doctors are fed up too, you going to be short a few doctors on you panel
