Waiting for proof of payments 08 MONTHS!!!

I went to absa greenstone to get proof of payments that have been archived, as it wasnt obtainable off the internet banking site in November 2012
After giving them the specific accounts to pull - they still get the incorrect accounts.

I had paid City of Johannesburg almost R150 000, and with the transfer of ownership of my house, the name was transferred and not the payments.

City of johannesburg then, is only able to settle my account - if i provide ALL proof of payments.
I now sit with a huge amount of debt as a result, just so that my water doesnt get cut!!!

i have vehicle finance of circa 1.5million with Absa, as soon as i am able to consolidate debt - i will be switiching banks!!!
