FNB Law On Call - An utter waste of money!

An utter waste of money! The legal 'experts' are generally unfriendly and not easy to talk to. They have no sense of urgency and often forget actions which they were supposed to carry out. Days and weeks go by before you get an email response or phone call returned (usually on the 2nd or third attempt). If you are in a legal bind, they do very little to put your mind at rest and rather add to your frustration. My final straw was when they told me that they do not take action against government departments... why??

My experience of FNB Law on Call is not a coincidence as I have dealt with them on 3 separate occasions. I'm off to LegalWise now!
