False advertising

I received an email from EBucks advertising a Samsung 32" LED and a Samsung 6800 tablet plus accessories. I duly ordered the goods and received the delivery a few days later. The only problem was that there was no tablet, after contacting the call centre I was advised that the offer was only a TV and tablet accessories. I tried to recall the email but EBucks had somehow retrieved the mail and it was no longer in my inbox. After a week of calling, I received a call today from Patrick who advised me that this was a mistake by EBucks and try we're trying to cover it up. The calls are recorded so I can provide the exact time of the call for verification. Please give me the tablet as originally advertised!!! FBB is reputable institution trying to cover up a mistake they made... if they'd admitted it upfront the frustration could have been avoided?
