DISGUSTING SERVICE CLAIMS STILL NOT PAID!!!

This has gone on for far too long! I have claims from June that has still not been paid! Carecross said i resigned but I did not. I sent so many emails, proof of payments etc I spoke to the manager Marilize Ackerman, she said it will be sorted out. Guess what, its 17 October and its still not sorted out! SINCE JUNE!!! And yes the services ARE covered according to your pathology benefits on your website. I have 1 account at Pathcare that has been outstanding since early June, 2 accounts that are still outstanding at my Doctors since early June. My dentist and 1 Pathcare account was paid ONLY ON THE 9TH OF THIS MONTH.. Im sorry but this is disgusting service. I want you to pay my accounts as promised! I cant call you every single day. I rarely get called back, they promise me the accounts will be paid. Glennise sent me proof of payment. BUT ONLY TWO ACCOUNTS WERE PAID! WHAT ABOUT THE REST? I want MIKE SMIT to call me regarding this. This has gone far enough now. They have the worst service. If i call and they ask me who's calling, the person i ask for is either in a meeting or not available. I NEED THESE ACCOUNTS PAID TODAY!

I am absolutely disgusted and want to cancel my policy!!!
