Mibfa
No monthly pension payout

Good day,
My dad is 80 years old and have submitted a affidavit to mibfa as they have requested and then they have lost the document for two months and then found it again and my dad is still not receiving his pension and due to that his funeral policy and insurance policy has lapsed, except for the fact that he sitting without money.
Could someone please hurry up and let me know what is happening.
