There is absolutely NO indication as to which queue is for Customer Service and which is for Teller Service. The customer care Lady couldn't care, nor did the "supervisor" nor the service provider. You get the same reply from each individual "join the other queue", "we have reported the matter to head -office" "we are waiting for signs" if you happen to join the wrong queue. The staff watch you, can see that you carry a deposit slip in your hand but wait until you are in front of them to tell you "wrong queue, join the other queue". What's even more humiliating, is that that's the only time a smile creeps onto their face! When you have to go to the back of another queue.
ABSA your customer service STINKS-- If I could remove my bond account from you I would do it today!
