Outsurance service to customers worser than ever!

Again I'm so frustrated with the type of service received from Outsurance not following up on their customers after a claim was lodged and approved for repairs. I had a building related claim lodged on 15 November 2013 and approved after a storm caused a tree to fall on my house. Only after I've approached Hello Peter on 23 December 2013 the tree was felled and removed from my house and the roof was temporary repaired by Egen Maintenance. ONE MONTH later the damaged sheet was replaced with a new one. The damaged facial board has not been replaced, neither has the roof sheet being painted as the colour of the roof is black. Is it expected of me to climb on the roof and paint the roof sheet and to replace the damaged facial board or is it for that reason that I pay a fortune to have my house insured! Needless to say, my efforts and time phoning Egen Maintance assisted by a lady called Natasha and also by a lady called Corne proved to be wasteful and fruitless as appointments were made with no one showing up at my house to complete the outstanding work to be done. I've had it with this bad service from Outsurance as I am blaming them for the poor service by Egen Maintenance.
