Not informed of policy change & need to claim

Today I called FSP to claim for a car key. I was then informed that my policy has now being held with ABSA insure and that an email was sent to me in October 2013. I advised Fabian that I did not receive an email or phone call advising of such. Further more the details of the new policy is different to what I sign up for with FSP. I have since spoken to so many consultants the whole day and they still cannot send me a new ABSA policy. I cannot claim as the covered amounts are different between the ABSA insure and the original FSP policy. When I asked Fabian if they have any consent from me agreeing to my policy being moved to ABSA he advised that the letter stated that should there be no response from the policy holder they will take that as consent to move you over. What is this that a FSP deducts their money every month without any problems but fail to contact me directly about LEGAL document changes? And in the mean time my car is not safe? I just got off the phone now with Gayel who is telling the same BS as Fabian. I am really fed up and want this to be sorted out now. Somebody better come back to me with a solution. I hope Retha Botha comes back to me soon.
