Cannot believe it? I have a funeral policy with ABSA and submitted a claim. Suddenly the policy is not on my name. Absa cannot explain. ABSA does not return calls. You can beg all you want, they are just not interested in helping or solving the problem. I've been on the phone for more than 40 min this morning and I am holding on for 21 min already. My Mothers funeral has turned into a terrible nightmare because of ABSA. I've applied for this funeral policy and now that I want to submit a claim they said its not mine, it on my husbands name. My husband has never ever in his life seen the application for the policy.
