I am extremely unhappy with this institution

I recieved a call early December 2013 regarding this service. The lady I spoke with promised me that money will only be decucted off my account once I activate my card. I never received my welcome package with said card and therefore never activated anything. However, now money has been taken off my account and when I asked for my money back I was told that my husband is the policy holder. No one ever spoke with him and money came off my account, not his, I would like this to be sorted out in due course. I want my money back and I want my name and all details taken off this. I am no longer interested in being associated with an institution not doing things according to how they say they will do it. This is absolutely dishonest and I want nothing to do with this whatsoever. If necessary I will take further action regarding this situation. To me this is bordering on as money was taken without permission.
