FNB just take your money

FNB Card division withdrew money from my account without permission. Through circumstances I could not pay the full instalment at end of December. Now when money was paid into my account they just deducted money.
According to the lady at Card division they don't need a debit order they can just take.
FNB is history after nearly 40 years with them. Closing my account and good riddance.
